Go to the homepage, click on the **Load Booking** tab, fill in the origin city, destination city, materials description, total cargo weight, and expected pricing, and submit the booking request. Our coordination desk will match it with a truck on that route immediately.
Fleet operators and drivers can register their vehicles under the **Truck Booking / Post Truck** tab. Select the vehicle number, choose your available route, specify the date, and submit. The platform will automatically broadcast matches to customers with open loads on the same route.
We operate under a secure split-advance policy: Pakhi Transport Pvt. Ltd. takes **10% advance**, and the booking customer pays **30% advance**. The total **40% advance** is paid directly to the allocated truck owner's bank account to initiate dispatch.
